Individual partial hand prosthesis made out of silicone with integreated 3D-printed THREEDEEflex prosthetic inner hand

The state of the art of individual silicone partial hand prosthetics is an unfunctional heavy prosthetic hand which hides the amputation and replace the hand in an good looking way.

The presented partial hand is an custom made silicone partial hand prosthesis with individual patient colors and has a custom made 3D printed had inside, based on the standard THREEDEEflex prosthetic inner hand. This gives the patient the possibility to use passive functions of a partial hand prosthesis by bringing partial hand prosthesis in different positions. Also because of the 3D-printed skeleton the hand has much less weight which means that there is a much better acceptance of the end user.

The way how to produce this kind of partial hand prosthesis, the advantages and for the patient and the outcome result will be explained within this presentation the first time.
