Call for Papers now open: Share your work at ISPO World Congress 2027
The Call for Papers for the ISPO 21st World Congress 2027 is now open. Researchers, clinicians, technicians, educators and industry professionals are invited to contribute to the scientific and technical programme and take part in the global exchange shaping the future of rehabilitation.
Taking place from 22 to 25 March 2027 in Bangkok, Thailand, the World Congress is the leading international platform in prosthetics, orthotics and assistive technology – bringing together expertise from across disciplines, regions and healthcare systems.

Submissions are now open for a wide range of formats:
- Symposia
- Instructional courses
- Technical track presentations
- Free paper and poster presentations
- 3 Minute Thesis (3MT) student competition
Key deadlines
- 29 June 2026 – Submission deadline for symposia, instructional courses and technical track presentations
- 7 September 2026 – Submission deadline for free paper and poster abstracts
All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Programme Committee and the Technical Track Committee.

Under the theme “A World Connected: Advancing Assistive Technologies for Global Equity”, the congress provides a platform to share research, practical solutions and innovative approaches that address the most pressing challenges in rehabilitation. Contributions are encouraged from across all areas of prosthetics, orthotics, assistive technology and rehabilitation services.
The congress particularly encourages early-career researchers and students to actively participate and present their work.
