Registration fees

To make participation affordable for individuals from all regions worldwide, registration fees are based on the income groups assigned to the world’s economies by the World Bank. The fees are determined by the country that you are employed in.

Full congress registration is available to ISPO members, non-members and to students. A full congress registration includes:

  • Access to all sessions: keynote lectures, symposia, instructional courses, technical track presentations, free paper sessions and exhibitor workshops
  • Access to the Opening Ceremony (held on Monday, 22 March 2027) and the Closing Ceremony (held on Thursday, 25 March 2027)
  • Access to the exhibition hall and posters area during opening hours
  • Lunches
  • Upon pre-registration: participation in the Welcome Reception (held on Monday, 22 March 2027 in the exhibition hall)
  • Official congress badge and folder with congress programme materials

Member rates are available to those who are members of ISPO. Not yet a member? Join the society at www.ispoint.org and take advantage of member rates.

Student rates are available to students enrolled full-time at an educational institution. Proof, consisting of a copy of your identification (ID) card or a letter from the institution’s registrar confirming your student status is required during online registration. You must be enrolled as a student at the time of registration, and the dates of your enrolment at your university or college are to be mentioned on the document to be eligible as a student.

Congress day tickets are available to members and non-members who would like to participate for one day only. Registrants have access to all sessions and the exhibition hall on the day they have registered for. Lunch is included in the day of registration.

Accompanying person rates are available to those who accompany a full congress registrant – no admission to the scientific sessions. Registered accompanying persons have:

  • Access to the Opening Ceremony (held on Monday, 22 March 2027) and the Closing Ceremony (held on Thursday, 25 March 2027)
  • Access to the exhibition hall and posters area during opening hours
  • Upon pre-registration: participation in the Welcome Reception (held on Monday, 22 March 2027 in the exhibition hall)
  • Accompanying persons are NOT admitted to the scientific and technical track sessions

Exhibition day tickets are valid on the selected day only. Holders of this ticket category have:

  • Access to the exhibition hall and poster area during opening hours
  • Access to exhibitor workshops
  • Lunch
  • Monday day ticket includes: access to the Opening Ceremony
  • Thursday day ticket includes: access to the Closing Ceremony
  • Exhibition day ticket holders are NOT admitted to the scientific and technical track sessions
