Dear exhibitors of the ISPO World Congress,

We are looking forward to hosting the ISPO 21st World Congress from 22 - 25 March in Bangkok, Thailand!

To make your participation as easy as possible, we would like to inform you about the next steps and provide important information regarding your presence.

2. Opening hours and stand set up

Set-up exhibitors:
Saturday, 20 March 2027, 14:00 to 22:00
Sunday, 21 March 2027, 08:00 to 20:00

Handover of booths with stand packages to the exhibitors:
Sunday, 21 March 2027, starting from 14:00

Duration of event:
Monday, 22 March to Thursday, 25 March 2027

Opening hours for the exhibition:
22 March 2027, 11:00 to 19:30 (including Welcome Reception 17:30 to 20:00)
23 March 2027, 09:00 to 17:00
24 March 2027, 09:00 to 17:00
25 March 2027, 09:00 to 15:00

Exhibitors will be able to access the exhibition hall at 8:00 am on each day with a valid exhibitor pass.

Opening hours for congress participants:
22 March 2027, 09:00 to 19:30 (Opening Ceremony 9:00 to 11:00 – exhibitors are welcome to join))
23 March 2027, 09:00 to 18:00
24 March 2027, 09:00 to 18:00
25 March 2027, 09:00 to 16:00

There are reduced rates available for exhibitor staff to attend the scientific congress. Please view under Special rates for exhibitor staff to attend the congress programme

Stand dismantling exhibitors:

3. Stand construction and freight forwarding

To make your booth set up easy, complete stand construction packages will be offered by our colleagues from Leipziger Messe International. There are different packages available, ranging from basic to premium. Please see here for a detailed description and overview of prices (PDF, 882 kB) .

In order to book, please fill in the booking form and send it to: ispo@lm-international.com

For individual stand construction requests, our colleagues from Leipziger Messe International will be glad to assist. Alternatively, you can also bring an own stand constructor of your choice.

Freight Forwarder:

Please remember to contact a freight forwarder in time to request a proposal.

PRO MESSE-Service GmbH as the official nominated freight forwarder will handle all shipments. Alternatively, you can also appoint your own shipping company. Please note that this company will also have to take care of customs clearance.

Please check, if PRO MESSE can store your deliveries of third shipping companies after customs clearance. We recommend to contact Pro Messe Service by XXX due to special customs rules for medical devices. The official freight forwarder shall be entitled to carry exhibits/booth material inside the facility, deal with customs and handle the collection and delivery of empty crates.

4. Lunch fee

As there are only limited restaurants and food options at the exhibition venue, the congress will include lunch for all participants, including exhibitors and congress attendees. This arrangement is intended to ensure that all participants have convenient access to lunch during the event.

For exhibitor staff, the following applies:

• A separate lunch fee of THB 1,700 (approx. EUR 44) per included exhibitor staff will be charged for lunch and will include lunch on all congress days.
• If you purchase additional exhibitor badges for your team, the lunch fee will already be included in the price of the additional badge.

5. Accommodation

ISPO has negotiated special accommodation rates at a selection of official congress hotels. These include hotels located close to IMPACT Forum, as well as hotels in nearby districts and central Bangkok with convenient access to the venue by public transport (BTS/MRT), taxi, or other transport options.

There are two hotels located right across the IMPACT forum that we recommend to stay in for exhibitors who prefer to be close to the venue:

Novotal Bangkok IMPACT (2 minutes walking distance)

Ibis Bangkok IMPACT (10 minutes walking distance)

As spaces are limited, we highly recommend exhibitors to reserve your room until 15^th October 2026.

6. Exhibitor workshops

As all available time slots are full, we will put your registration on a waiting list and contact you when a time slot becomes available.

Exhibitors are invited to offer individual workshops to the congress participants. 30-minute workshops are available from 490 EUR . You can select a topic of your choice.

We recommend to book your slot until 31 October, so we can include and promote your workshop in the Preliminary Programme.

7. Sponsorship and advertising opportunities

Interested in becoming a sponsor of the World Congress? By committing to a sponsorship, you will not only support the activities of the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO) but also ensure a high visibility of your company presence.

ISPO is offering attractive sponsorship opportunities such as refreshment break sponsor, translation sponsor or registration sponsor. Please read here for more information and prices.

In addition to sponsorship opportunities, the congress offers attractive advertising opportunities (PDF, 544 kB) starting from 265 EUR. Be quick to secure your ad to enhance your appearance at the congress.

8. Special rates for exhibitor staff to attend the congress programme

ISPO is offering discounted rates for exhibitor staff to attend the congress programme:

Full congress ticket -exhibitors
17,900 THB instead of 38,600 THB (~471 EUR)

Please note an exhibitor pass is required to receive the discounted rate. Tickets can be purchased in the exhibitor registration portal that will open in December.

9. Meeting rooms

Should you require a meeting room during the congress, it is recommended to already book it through the venue.

10. Promote your appearance at the World Congress

Please make sure you spread the word and inform your customers and professional networks about your participation in the I.S.P.O. 20th World Congress. Logos, banners and an email footer can be found in the download area of the congress website.

11. Co-exhibitor registration

Co-exhibitors must be registered in your Leipziger Messe account. Please login into your account at Online Service Center and enter the company details of the co-exhibitor.

The fee for each co-exhibitor is 365.00 EUR and includes one additional exhibitor pass and an own entry in the online and printed exhibitor directory. Co-exhibitors will also receive an own link to the exhibitor registration portal to register their staff.

12. Social events

The following social events are planned:

Welcome Reception
Monday, 22 March, 17:30-20:00

Held in the exhibition hall on the opening day of the World Congress, the Welcome Reception will offer an opportunity to re-connect with friends and make new contacts while visiting exhibitors.
